What We Do – KITA provides comprehensive policy support and solutions for trade-related issues.

Trade development strategy research, FTA promotion, and trade cooperation
KITA conducts research on trade development and related strategies, and strives to expand free trade through active promotion of FTAs and trade cooperation. To this end, we have established partnerships for collaboration with global trade promotion organizations and international agencies.

Onsite information gathering and policy proposals
We collect onsite feedback from domestic traders and accordingly set new directions in trade policies, offer business solutions for trade companies, and submit recommendations on trade policies to governmental and international organizations.

Customized trade consulting
Professional consulting services are available for different areas in trade, including customs clearance, contracts, patents and dispute settlements.

One-Stop Center for Trade Information

KITA is a renowned think tank in Korea, and serves as a one-stop center for information on trade-related issues.

In-depth analysis on current economic and trade affairs
KITA publishes analysis reports covering the latest trends in domestic and global trade in Trade Focus, Trade Brief, and EM(Emerging Market) Inside, etc. We also host seminars and forums that provide Korean companies with up-to-date information on key trade topics.
